Our achievement of obtaining our ISO27001 and ISO9001 certification demonstrates our commitment to Information Security and Quality to enable us to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements by addressing people and processes, as well as technology.
ISO27001:2013 is the internationally recognised standard providing for the regulation of information security management within companies, ensuring that data is kept both protected and available.
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard which is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong client focus and delivery, structured and efficient management processes and our companies motivation and commitment to continual improvement.
At Kontex we have always strived to provide the highest quality of service while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our customers data is maintained at all times. Through the implementation of Quality Management and integrating it with our Information Security Management System, we have introduced internationally recognised standards to all processes throughout our services portfolio.
